Went in to ask for a quote on a power wire install. The owner mentioned that hes had multiple people come in and ask for the same job done and hes turned them all away, saying that he did not want to take on the job because it was only the power wire and not the Amplifier etc, so it was not worth his time. Maybe as an alternative would be to include his time and labor at a premium and leave it to the customer to decide if they want to pay, instead of turning away clients and referrals?
Very easy to communicate with.
Way better than the competitor, but just barely. If you go in knowing what you want, you'll be fine.

Agreed, Gary is very rude and needs a lesson in hospitality and customer service. I have used him a few times. But I cringe every time I have to, because I hate do deal with his arrogant and demeaning attitude. He is worse to women, giving a very hard time to make an appointment, making you give a credit card #, saying you better show and not waste my time! Gary has to realize that one bad customer does not make all customers bad. I will not be back here again!!

Since 2009 we at Cambridge Car Audio have been voted top car audio shop in the region . That is 6 years in a row , voted number one by Cambridge Times Readers . As in any business its hard to please everyone but we try .
The owner of this shop is rude and obnoxous went in to buy a part he gave me the wrong part went to return it and he would only give me instoor credit for 22 dollars because the bag was open, what can you buy for 22 dollars and over all he was ignorant not a very good place of business if you want good service go to audio source

In response to the complaint , the customer ripped open a sealed bag so as to company rules stated on invoice customer was given a store credit
