Amazing service! Times have changed!

Placed a pick up order. 2 weeks go by and no update. We drove in and picked everything our selves. Waste of time

I realize these are bad times and you offer online ordering and pick-up but you are creating more frustration, your onsite directions are confusing, not sure where to go, your outside help is limited, no lineups, no one around, not busy outside, maybe inside, who knows. Two hour turnaround, 3 hours plus still no notification. You are either open or closed, make up your mind.

Placed a web order. Got to the store, parked in the designated parking spot and tried to phone the store. After listening to the speal twice, only went to a machine. Finally went in the store. The cashier said they were very busy but there was no one in the store. As a clerk (not youngster) was walking towards me, he let out a huge sneeze, not covering his mouth!! Then laughed as he approached me. Really, in the midst of Covid-19, that happens! Will never go there again.

I was searching for tiles for my new townhouse and I have to commend Lois for her help, her cheerfulness and her willingness to lug all those heavy, heavy boxes of tile out to my car. She is a gem and should be recognized. Thank you, Lois. I couldn't have loaded those by myself.
