Friendly, knowledgeable company. I had them attended to pump out my tanks. Our cottage/home is approaching it’s 50 th anniversary and and I have had some concerns about my systems status. Andrew was very helpful at answering my questions, left me with some recommendations and helpful suggestions which I will be implementing.

Great people to deal with, called at 8:00am and they were here before 10:30. Really good price and thoroughly cleaned out. Thank you very much!!

We were referred to Shepherd Environmental Services by Mike at M.C. tree service. I called Mike Shepherd the same day and they came the next day. Andrew was patient, courteous, knowledgeable and explained so much to me/us as I didn't know anything about septic tanks etc. He found solutions to our issues and gave us different options. They are very reasonably priced, and this company will have our business. Andrew went above and beyond today! Pleased customers in Brechin! :-)

Got up to the cottage and found a full tank. Called Shepherd Environmental and the very pleasant secretary said she will have our driver out right away! We were much relieved since we brought up company. The driver showed up within that 1/2 hour and was full of knowledge about holding tanks and septic systems, plus told us that Shepherds is a family business in operation for 50 years plus, nice to hear how an employee of Shepherds is so committed to the business. I would refer this company to anyone needing Septic or Holding tanks Pumped !!!!
