Installers beware. They will try to make you fix their mistakes.
Clients beware they will be slow and will say verbally there is no additional charge for something and bill you later. Not even the shelving we agreed to was right, so they told the installer to make shelving afterwards. When I got the surprise bill I tried to return it and they won't take the material back!
I had a door installed. After installation I can see outside between door and frame. The last time they came to look at it LEO said 'your problem is you want perfection and your not going to get it.' I think that statement says it all. I had another contractor fix it.
