Swiss Chalet

We had a horrible experience here today, the chicken came out raw and then got told by the manager that “the chicken is cooked for an hour and 45 minutes, it’s cooked” but it was bright pink throughout. We were given no option to get a new plate of food, instead we were told to leave if we wanted to. This is a health and safety concern and would not be writing this if there wasn’t a reason to do so. All and all, very dissatisfied with today’s experience.

Great Meal.

I took my son to Swiss Chalet two weeks ago for a chicken dinner (1/4 with fries). Consistently good. The waitress was attentive, and knew how to keep the baby at the table next door happy (crackers, crayons, drinks... STAT!). When my wife and I went out for dinner the next week, where did my son go? Swiss Chalet. He is somewhat of a picky eater... So, great review.

The servers were poor; they had a severe attitude problem. The chicken was barely cooked! The vegetables were hard (seemed stale). BAD!!!

Best Swiss Chalet in the city. Chicken and rib portions are generous, food is always fresh. Waitress's are friendly and efficient and aim to please. We visit this location 3-4x month.
