I went for an ultrasound a week earlier .I have to admit it was the best ultrasound experience ever. Technologist Asif was not only skilled and knowledgable but above all very humble, gentle and patient.Thanks for giving such a great service

Supposed to be open at 8:30. Nobody answers the phone and the doors to the building are locked. If you say you are open Saturdays at 8:30 on the web and your voice mail says your are as well then why is nobody here?

Second time I've used this place for a pregnancy ultrasound. Reception was profession and kind. I didnt have to wait, as soon as I entered I was called into a room. My husband was allowed in and the technician went over everything for him so he understood what he was looking at. Been also to McMasters 3 times (all horrible experiences) and once at St. Joes which was also good but this place Im happiest with.

I had a very good experience with this clinic. The staff were efficient and nice. I even got to take a picture of my baby home! Such a special memory. :)

Terrible clinic. Front staff are nice. Ultrasound tech is awful. Unorganized/unsanitary and rude. Please do not go here. If I could give a ZERO I would.

The ultrasound tech is terrible. Terrible interpersonal skills. Forgets where she puts you as the patient. Seems lost and lacks confidence in her job. Front desk staff are good and friendly. The tech gives very poor service and although they cannot release results, the tech shows no sympathy or compassion when dealing with patients.
