Bobs Place

Our Family has been going to Bob's since they opened. Great food, service, good times. Sorry to say, but the last 2 times we have been there, the service has been horrendous. Today waited 20 minutes to get a menu,( had to ask for the menu ), said just a couple of minutes before waitress comes over, no, after another 20 minutes nothing., so we walked out. I will try one more time, then 3 times, strikes out for my whole family.No more than 10 people in the place today when we were there.

We had an excellent experience at Bob's Place. The Portions really were HUGE. We all went home stuffed, with leftovers. The food was Delicious! The atmosphere was just fine, we actually like the multitude of Tiffany style pub lamps, especially the Blue Jays one. The service was friendly and prompt. We will DEFINITELY return.

This restaurant is an excellent place to go in the Haldimand-Norfolk area. The portion sizes are huge and the service is friendly. It is not a classy restaurant but it is not a greasy spoon diner either. It is a family style restaurant. The decor could use some sprucing up (especially the lamps) but it is clean and spacious. Everything on the menu is excellent and they have a lot to choose from. Prices are reasonable and food quality is great.

Nice relaxing atmosphere, could use some decor that isn't from the 80's though. Service was prompt and pleasant. The fish and chips were mediocre but edible. The broccoli poppers came piping hot. Not much choice in this town for restaurants and that's perhaps why they just don't try very hard with what's on the menu. Not much choice.

Good Portions, Liver Diner is good (if you like Liver) pasta good, steak is cheap, but the price is right. A good meal for value. Very bright inside, TV has Football, that's good!
