Excellent service and customer support

Apathetic service at the Etobicoke branch. Uninterested in helping us find a suitable vanity option. Very odd: the brand ambassador (their term!) John G was unprofessional and sloppy. Showed us a catalogue and then dismissed us. Apparently, a 24 inch vanity is impossible. Was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this store.

Absolute WORST experience ever. Nothing arrived on time and when it did arrive, pieces were missing, and they even tried to charge me above what they quoted me for a piece on my vanity where they made the error...after the fact! From the moment I walked in the store, the creepy salesperson, Zino, hit on me and made me feel uncomfortable. Headache after headache. Too many trips to the store. Would give this place a zero if I could.

Absolutely horrib...

Absolutely horrible experience. I have ordered a bathtub that was supposed to come within a few week. When the deadline came I called the store to see why I have not been contacted. They told me that the shipment is delayed and that the tub would only be available 10 weeks from now. I could not believe it! The did not even called their clients about the 2 month delay! I only found out because i called.
