    Extremely bad service. I will never deal with this company again. I was given an appointment, took the time off work for the morning and no show. I lost $400 in work hours waiting on a service man who was designated to another job. This is also not the first issue I have had with them . Advice .... stay away

    Terrible customer service. Initially, they are nice to deal with, until you need them to actually do anything for you. We completely understand that things get busy, but Bracebridge Propane repeatedly misled us, promising to come to our home and then not showing up. No call or communication. Then when we would call to politely inquire as to why they didnt show up, they were condescending and took no responsibility. We understand things happen, but this companys response was very inappropriate
