Unprofessional

I was told to meet John outside of a courthouse at 9:30am. After waiting over an hour with no response, John came running down the hallway frazzled yelling my name. His attitude was unprofessional, doubled by the fact that he was over an hour late. When we finally sat down to speak, without even fully reading the first page of my very minor case John brought me to tears by attacking me and calling me unstable. If he truly has over 20 years of experience working for people it does not show
