might as well have been invisible...

after having bad service in the bar area here before, I'm not too sure why we decided to try again. Just as bad. It took 20 min for someone to come over to give us menus, another 20 min for someone else to bring us drinks, someone else brought our food (3 people serving us did not make the wait time faster, go figure) I don't understand when there are more empty tables then there are full, how we should have to flag someone down for a refill or why there's any wait time at all. hands down worst service i've had in a really long time. i will not be going back to this location, i don't have enough time to waste

Good Overall Experience

I have been to Boston Pizza many times, and I have a great experience everytime. I am always satisfied with the food and the wait for it isn't that long either. If you are not in the mood for pizza, there are many other menu choices you could chose from. Pasta is always a good second choice. I personally think anything you order there you will not be disappointed.

sometimes it's all about location...and this one each time i've been has TERRIBLE service and awful food. last time we were there it took almost 30 min for a waitress to come over to see if we wanted drinks, she came over as we were getting ready to leave asking us if we were trying to run out on our bill. we had to inform her we hadn't even been given the choice to order yet. Why we stayed, i'll never know. Stromboli's are so greasy, it'll drip down your arm, filled pastas were dry/freezer burnt and the fries were cold. Definitely will not be going back.

Decent Food, Decent Service, Far Too Expensive...

Well I will be brief, the servers are as good as any place that employs students...hit & miss. There is no doubt that the food is good, no doubt that the food arrives at your table in a respectable amount of time. But the "bang for the buck" rating of Boston Pizza would be about a 2/3 out of 10. $15 to $25 for a pizza....come on we all know pizza costs $2 to make. The pasta was good, the parm was good...but I cringe at paying $16 for a pizza that my wife is going to eat half of.

too expensive for what you get

A $50 dinner that left me wishing I'd stayed in to cook instead. spring rolls - best part of the meal, they were actually pretty good if a little greasy. But hey, it's fried. pizza - mediocre at best salad - drowning in dressing soda - Staff kept the glass full, so points for that.

Drinks were very tasty. Entrees were hot and fresh. Desserts were delicious. Overall great presentation of meals. Service was excellent, very attentive and we had a very friendly server Monica. This was our fist visit after the renovations and I must say the place looks great. We will definitely be back again. The manager even came to ask how we enjoyed everything, she was very nice. Overall a great time!

WORST BP EVER!!!! Worse restaurant service we have ever had!!! Almost an hour and a half for a salad and an appetizer. The food was good, but was overshadowed by the horribly slow service! DON'T GO TO THIS BP!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! WE PROMISE!!!!

wow where to start....we had a long wait getting to are table...we get there the food came to us cold...chicken wings cold?? well my father was to nice he didnt send them back but my pizza and my mothers was cold we sent them back it was awful...most restaurants when the food service is cold they will add complimentry service or somthing not here...we got nothing and were very dissatisfied..

Boston Pizza is a very expensive place and the money is defintely not worth the food. I will never go back to this place.. i spent well over 50 Bucks on 2 individual pizzas, 1 drink and 1 dessert and it way over priced and the quality and quantity was way below par.

Our Food was cold, Service was poor, it took 30 mins for a waiter to take our drinks..when the pizza came it looked as if it had spit all over it..the coke was watered down, and the salad had a funky taste, and was also chewy...Very disapointed in the management, wouldnt even refund, or give me compensation for my troubles..thus i will not be back

But when we left.. The server threw my change on the table and went around telling all the other waiters that i didnt tip.. But i left a tip after i got my change back. While leaving ever1 was giving us dirty looks(he never checked my table for a tip)..

Terrible. I'm always dragged here by friends whenever there's a birthday, and for the life of me, I can't understand why I keep going back. Each time I encounter the most incompetent service-- one time I waited an hour to receive appetizers. The food is overpriced and certainly not worth the hassle of this location. Avoid.

Food is waaay to expensive, service...well it took us 12 mintues just for the server to get our drinks, pasta was bland, chicken wings way to small and all around too expensive for what you get. Will not return.

The service was very quick getting to our table and getting us set up with drinks and menus, appetizers came out quickly and were excellent. My mushroom chicken was hot and visually appealing, aswell as being delicious I highly recommend perogie pizza, its a little bit spicy, but its very delicious.

Highway 20 location ROCKS! Good Service and always great food. I highly recommend the Boston Royale pizza.

Super Place! Great Food Good Service, the wait was a little long but worth it Over all I gave them an 8 because I found the menu there pricey even for the basic stuff.

The pizza was good but they were cheap with the cheese which made most if the toppings fall off, They took for ever to take the order and we had to wait for about 15min just to get the bill. The price over all for what we had was high. For a place where basical all you get to order is pizza, salad and pasta it sure is costly.

I found this place pricey for what you get. It's an okay restaurant, but I'm not sure if I'd return.
