From an hour drive away was told the parts would be ready at a certain time it was not...I was told the part was being removed from a low mileage vehicle they decided to removed it from a high mileage vehicle instead...after waiting and buying a different unit when I got home I noticed it was broken...In the end purchased a new aftermarket parts cheaper I have never dealt with a business like this before all thumbs down for this place

The staff are very nice. They pull the part for you. you do not need to make your hands dirty. you can have a cup of coffee or tea till the part is ready. Parts are of good quality because this company buys higher model accidented cars. The part value is for the right price.
