We had no problem with the funeral services but had issues from a small balance not covered by the funeral prearrangement. While we were waiting for the bank and lawyer to pay the bill, the funeral home became very demanding regarding payment even though they were well aware they would be paid. They continually harassed us, were rudly persistent, demanding and unreasonable. I would never recommend this business for anyone. Very distasteful behaviour after a death of a loved one.
