Ive been renting with Valery Properties for a very long time. I always had good experience when something needed to be done it got done right away. After Mr. Valery passed we ended up with new landlords and they are by far the worst landlord I have ever had. They dont care about the place at all. Its been months since they started a job and still havent completed it. Trying to get them to do anything is like pulling teeth. The units arent being taken care of properly. Very disapointed!

Very friendly and professional team to deal with. We absolutely love our brand new home. The process was unfamiliar, and they ensured everything was completed. They assisted me with retrieving all floor plans and final touches within an hour of requesting the info. They really made purchasing a new home easy and comfortable. Really impressed.
Great experience with Valery Homes. After dealing with several builders, with several different processes and miscommunications, I can truly say that Valery does a better job throughout the entire process. I look forward to building my next custom home with them.
Purchased new home. Progress was communicated throughout. Dealing with my service rep has been a positive experience. There was an issue fixed with the home within a day, prior to my closing date.
This was my second home purchase and it went very smooth, unlike my first home purchase. The whole team ensured everything was completed up to par, exactly the way I chose, and I couldn’t be happier. What a relief (and my wife is happy).
If I could give zero stars then I would! This is easily the worst rental company! Not only do they severely neglect the properties, they are impossible to deal with. We live on the Stoney Creek mountain, but our house looks more like the ghetto. We have mold in our bathroom, a back gate that doesn't lock and neither do our back sliding doors or garage. We had a huge hole in our bathroom for over 3.5 months and contacted them numerous times but no one would even come and look. Avoid this company!
If you want to pay high rent and live in a lock down enviorment move to Parc Central....The New Super/Warden here has turned this adult only friendly community in less than 7 weeks into a prison. He is arrogant, inconsiderate, and uncompassionate. There are lots of vacancies as more tenants are moving out than moving in.
These properties are horribly kept and Valery Properties Doesnt care about thier tentants there are parties and Police there constantly If u are looking for a goodnights sleep dont move here.
