The building is terrible. Management is rude and the superintendent is useless. There are bugs in the apartments, there is water shut down every week and in the winter the heating does not work. A complete waste of rent!

One of the worst buildings. So many issues. The management do not have an idea how to solve the issues. One week with no hot water period, every week shut off the water due to 'emergency replacements' of pipes and taps. In truth, the pipes of the whole building are very old and they need to change all. This also affect the quality of the water. Some of the neighbors are making too much noise after hours, so you have to call police yourself, as there is no security and superintendent is too lazy.
