Bath Fitter Acrylic Tubliners & Walls

Bath Fitter installed a new tub and surround in my income property. Two days later the entire unit from top floor to basement was flooded. Upon inspection, they admitted fault. It was like pulling teeth to get them to reimburse me the $12,000 worth of damage. Finally their insurance company coughed up only a portion of the money. They were horrible to deal with, acting like they were doing me a favor. I am still out $14,000 in lost rental income, with not even a care from Bath Fitter Kingston.

Quite possibly the worst installation ever. Salesman did not measure the existing bath 6'tub,and walls, so the wrong size was ordered. Company wanted to charge me extra for fixing the mistake, when it was the salesman that was irresponsible. I had to wait an extra 3 weeks, while the larger tub was being made. Installers broke the tap on the shut off valves and left me with a large water mess. Damage was done to the ceiling and the wall beside the tub. An expensive lesson learned. Never again.
