    I usually don't write reviews, but my experience was so putting off that I feel compelled to write one. The lady on the phone has the most condescending tone. It seems like a waste of her time to attend to a caller who is calling to give THEM business. She actually cut me off while I was asking a question to say let me tell you what I have so we don't have to "waste time" on your questions. unbelievable. What a terrible attitude especially for a place that provides party items. Disgusting.

    Terrible customer service. A younger lady in particular has an attitude and no clue on how to deal with customers. She broke two balloons while blowing them up and then told me I had to pay for new ones. Then decided to stop serving me part way through my order. I have been a long time customer at this store, however I will never shop at this store again because of the way I was recently treated.

    Shopkins themed party saved by Victoria Party!

    Our daughter wanted a Shopkins themed birthday party and not one Party store in Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener or Waterloo had Shopkins themed party supplies! Victoria Party Store had some but not all of what we needed so the owner Bina Patel drove to Toronto to get everything we needed for party favours and decorations! Amazing customer service and they have 100% of our business going forward for all of our party supplies! Thanks Bina!:)
