Naders Taxi

Do not use this taxi! We made a reservation with this taxi service four hours in advance because we have dogs. Two amazing golden retrievers by the way. We were coming back from Pelee Island. We arrive at the marina and no taxi to be seen. So I call just to confirm that one was on the way. On the phone they said so we couldn’t find one to drive with dogs and so I asked several times of this meant no taxi was on the way. Then finally they said no. With no phone call in advance!

One of them doesn’t know where he’s going on one occasion, they just don’t even know how to drive in all honesty. I called for a cab today at 4 and asked if they could be at my house at 4:45pm. They said yes. At 4:48pm I called asking if there’s one on the way, dispatch said they should be here any minute. They just got here and it is 4:55. NOT impressed, I wish I could refuse to pay the full price. I called in advance so this wouldn’t happen.

I won’t be using them again. They don’t have a debit machine and the driver asked me if I knew how much they charged, when I said no the price was higher than the quoted price from dispatch.

Absolutely shameful!! I am a support worker for people that use this service on a weekly basis. There have been times when they have ordered a cab and it never showed up. Tonight I made the mistake of ordering cab about 15 mins too early. The cab showed up early. He was extremely rude and took off. When I called to get another cab I was told they would have to charge again. I suggested they wave fee for all the times my people were left stranded.
