    I just found out my senior father has been waiting over a month for a service call on his a/c that is not working. Hes been in the office 4 times to find out why and they just keep pushing him back. This heat has been awful. Apparently they showed up pretty quick to sell him a furnace though. I guess a service call is not enough money.
