East Side Mario's

Very disappointing. The debit machine was not working. This is the second time we ordered “take out” and machine was not working - again. Our guests were getting late for the dinner and had to rush the dinner. Overall 0/10

The service was very slow and disorganized. Bathrooms were disgusting. I took the manager in to see them. Not one clean stall. I've seen cleaner truck stops

New to Milton we tried East Side Marios which we loved going to back home and it was definatly liked all around here too. Will go back again

Cooked from Frozen!

Since I got Veal Parmegana frozen in the middle I never go back. The server asked me 2 times if I am sure to order that. Didn't pay attencion. Meet was totaly overcooked and frozen inside. That was first time in my life I got in the restaraunt. Realy dissappointment.

Run by a bunch of kids...

This restaurant seems to be run by a bunch of 16 year olds...entrees came out at the same time as our appetizer...now this is just inconsiderate and uncalled for. Food tasted undercooked and cold. Cuts of meat were very bad as we were spitting chunks of fat into our napkins...the saying is true "you get what you pay for!" We will not return to ANY East Side's again.

Horrible experience, bad food. I would never go back. We waited a long time to order and it took even longer to get the garlic bread that they give out. I ordered a kid's meal for my two year old daughter and it went to the wrong table along with my husband's order. But for whatever reason, they managed to bring out my dish with my husbands at the same time. However, my daughter had to wait for her meal. When it finally came, it was very hot. My daughter couldn't eat it and she was hungry! I ordered pasta and there wasn't any sauce on it. It tasted horrible! I sent it back to get more sauce. To do so, I literally had to grab a waitress who happened to walk by. I had to wait over 10 minutes to get my food back. When it did come, it was fresh and there was enough sauce on it. Our waitress came to ask if everything was okay and by then, it was. We went on a Saturday evening at 5PM. You would think that the service and food would be better than that. Horrible, horrible experience and we won't be back.
