Deplorable staff and dentist, competence? ethics?
Deplorable office staff and dentist. Was a patient of Dr. Medland until he retired and our files were transferred to Dr. Tenaschuk. I witnessed his staff being rude to Dr. Medland's staff. Then I noted that Dr. Tenaschuk poked my gums until I bleed and then he told me I have gum disease. TWO other dentists say I do NOT have gum disease. I didn't have gum disease before seeing Dr. Tenaschuk and I don't have gum disease now so it certainly raises the question about Dr. Tenaschuk's methods and perhaps Dr. Tenaschuk's ethics. In addition, our files have not been transferred to my new dentist, despite written and verbal requests from both the new dentist's office and myself. I made two visits to Dr. Tenaschuks office to request the files and they would not release them nor have they sent them to my new dentist even after 6 months later. ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE! I have had to incur additional costs as a result for xrays not otherwise needed.
