This is the worst company to deal with. Their machines are garbage and they take weeks to issue legitimate refunds. Because they partner with landlords, nobody uses this service by choice and it's reflected in the quality of their work.
They don’t even deserve one star horrible horrrrrible Customer service. Please don’t even bother doing business with this company they don’t come out to the service calls they don’t email till days or maybe even weeks after sometimes their machines don’t work And they don’t even have people that come out and fix them
BRUTAL lack of customer service. The washing machine in our building has been out of order for three weeks. I have called Coinamatic THREE times to ask when it will be replaced and each time the staff member has been unable to give me any answers and said they would call me back. Each time, they did NOT call me back. These people clearly do not care about their customers. Take your business elsewhere!
washing machines-laundry dispensers are filled with rust and mould, which gets on our clothes! and is a health hazard.Tenants pay to use these machines and they are deplorable. I have been calling for 3 months now about getting these machines serviced and non mouldy parts to replace the present rusty mouldy parts. Nothing has been done. Dreadful company. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THE SERVICE MANAGER WHO DOESNT RETURN MY CALLS!
I have never written a review before. Until now! Since they put in these card loading machines there have been numerous incidences where the card loader will not accept any bills. At least 4 times over the last 2 years I have been inconvenienced (and my neighbours too). I have had to take my laundry out to a laundromat because the card loading machine didn't work.
