The manager/owner of this place have absolutely no customer service and is very rude. She rips people off with her prices. If you are in need she charges you double the amount. I would definitely not be going back there and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

After going in for an eyebrow wax, they immediately pulled out the thread, I politely explained I would like an eyebrow wax not threading. After struggling to figure out the wax for about 2 minutes the woman pulled the thread back out and said it would work better. She barely touched my eyebrows and was done within 30 seconds. My eyebrows look worse than when I came in and I should not have to ask for waxing instead of threading multiple times only to still receive threading. Not happy and won't be returning.

Very Disappointed

My mom and I had been going to Klipso for years, however it truly has gone down hill. They do offer many services however they rush you in and out, not caring about the job they've done. They are rather rude. I called and asked if they were available to do eyebrow threading (which takes about 6 minutes) and they said come in a half hour. When I did go they told me to come back an hour later (no 'hello' or 'welcome' before that either). After some discussion they did take me in (they told an employee who was currently busy with another customer doing a pedicure to do my threading). The room was very dirty and before even leaving the threading room another customer was already in my room! Then when I went to pay I was told it was an extra dollar because I called ahead of time! According to their website it should have only been 4.00. Prior to that visit I went there to get a manicure (I had a gift card) and they were using things from the pedicure table that was unwashed on my hands, as well as old nail polish that was stringy. Their pedicure chairs are dirty and one customer whom I spoke with got fungus from a pedicure there. What started off as such a great business, truly took a turn for the worse. I will not be returning to Klipso.

Overcharged services

The prices are comparable to Downtown Toronto and staff is very unprofessional! It's only running because of their monopoly in that area!
