    This is the second time my wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Hassan with regards to obtaining a mortgage renewal. Comfortable atmosphere and very professional ,knowledgeable and a certain demeanor that made our experience worth going back again, Phil and Tracey

    BEWARE! Horrendous Mortgage Customer Service!!

    Unfortunately I have had 2 disastrous mortgage experiences here. The associates refuse to provide feedback and will drag your file on for several (and I do mean several) months. Managers do not get back to you and they make unfortunate errors causing even greater frustration and anxiety for people who are merely looking to trust an institution with their investment. Very sorry to say that Meridian is NOT a place I would go to for any kind of financing unless you have 6-9 months to arrange it.
