I brought in great clothes with the tags still on and they didn't even bother to look! Brutal

Horrible... I brought name brand never been worn clothes and they didn't except. They were extremely picky which I find weird for a used clothing store. I personally looked through the racks and saw the clothes I brought in were 10 times better than what they had..also the way they organize the clothes was disgusting and horrible.. I came to retrieve what they didn't want and they had no idea where my stuff was. This store could be amazing but it's not. Find better sales reps, And not be picky.

I wouldn't bother wasting my time taking clothes here. I left a box of neatly folded items only to get back a huge mess of what they didn't want. Fortunately ,they didn't get to the bottom as I had brand new Ralph Lauren/Parasuco/Pink and Aritzia (tags on). As well as a, once used, new pair of Skechers black ballet flats. The store is a disaster and smells. the girls were nice enough but not the greatest at customer relations. HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME
