I agree with the positive comments. I have never felt so comfortable going to see a dentist. Dr. Fares is amazing. He's friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. His staff are by far the best. You are greeted with a smile and a joke as soon as you walk in and I have never waited longer than 5 minutes before being called in. This place was good but since Dr. Fares took ownership it has become the best dental office in Mississauga. He is so smooth and gentle I slept through my first root canal without sedation. Last year Fares fixed by daughter's cross bite and honestly said that her teeth were straight enough that she did not need braces but she could have them if we wanted to, the fact that he honestly said that she "DIDN'T" need braces was amazing! I feel like I can really trust these people with my life

What a wonderful office! It really seems like the entire staff takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service. From the time you walk in the door until you leave, Dr. Sbaiti and his team really strive to ensure you have a great experience. Dr. Sbaiti recently did a root canal and a crown for me on one of my molars and I must say it was painless. I highly recommend this office if you value great customer service and more importantly great dental treatment!
