The customer service here is fantastic, Gail in particular went WAY above and beyond to assist our 93 year old mother who needed assistance while we were out of town - I highly recommend Hearing Life!

I have been going to Lauren for years and am currently 5 years into my second set of hearing aids. Lauren and the staff have been most attentive and helpful when I have had any problems or go to my annual checkup.

Service not high

Took my mother-in-law to get hearing checked. Staff was a little rude and insensitive. Further, felt as though we were compelled to get a hearing aid there.
