    This may possibly the most incompetent, brain dead delivery service I have ever dealt with. I live out in the country, I have made sure numerous times that the delivery driver knows that I’m home and yet I get a “sorry we missed you” slapped in my door and now I have to drive to the other side of town to deal with this bottomless stupidity

    Apparently Purolator attempted to deliver my new phone to my home and nobody was there - I work. There was no notice left. When I did find out Purolator had my package, I went immediately after work to pick it up. When I got home and set it up I had 2 messages from Purolator informing me they were going to send my phone back the next day. Thank God I picked up the phone or I would never have gotten my messages. Terrible service - not impressed.
