I went to this clinic for a shoulder ultrasound because my specialist recommended this place for soft tissue ultrasound. Wow! What a beautiful clinic! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful in answering all my questions.The ultrasound tech was very knowledge and also friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!
Got reminder call - person more concerned if I had a requisition when I said no she promptly explained that OHIP would only pay if I had the requisition- I told her I was only given date and time by phone. Got there Jan 23 to find paid parking attendant checking cars knew nothing - I went to office was told we don't inform patients that is ludicrous how am I to know she replied very sarcastically from now on I'll tell patients calling I GOT PARKING TICKET will never attend this office again
I drove 90 minutes to get there as I had received a good reference for this place. The staff was not friendly and not helpful. I wish I had gone somewhere else.
