Truly Awful

Ordered delivery twice. Food arrived ice cold both times, missing toppings on the pizza and sliders, missing order items. Called the store to tell them and the manager laughed. In disbelief I asked him why he thought that was funny and he told me because he was new on the job. Huh? Not very professional in handling my issues and no credit discount was offered. Food was horribly over packaged, we filled a green garbage bag with waste on a dinner for 3. Shameful. Also someone decided it would be funny to put about 30 pastic fork and knife packs in our order. Based on that I wonder what they do to the food. Will never give them my business again. The food is very low quality for the price and the pizza tastes like Pizza Hut and literally pours with orange grease. Gross. For example, $15 for a half rack of ribs and they gave me 4 small ribs from the small end of the rack and few unseasoned boiled veggies. Bad value all around. I don't understand why people spend their money at places like this when they can go to a small, family run restaurant and for the same price eat something fresh that would knock their socks off. Shame on me for ordering twice.

Came to this place with a few friends and I thought it did taste good, minus the waiters accidently putting ice cream on my apple crisp, it still was really good. If you're looking for a place to eat pizza or have your birthday party, or to just chill out with friends, Boston Pizza is your biggest choice you should pick. Otherwise, you have no idea what you are missing out on.

Orillia Stay

We were staying at a nearby hotel and decided to go here for dinner. I ordered a salad with chicken while my wife ordered nachos with dessert. The food was adequate and satisfied the hunger but nothing special. The service left us a bit wavering. It was exceptionally slow to the point where a couple ordered and walked out 20minutes later. We waited an hour for our food to arrive. This is not even a joke. Maybe we're use to fast service in Toronto and that was their normal operation although I'm unsure. Anyway, the service was great though as the waitresses were enthusiastic and attentive at all times advising us if we wanted anything and keeping us informed of the foods arrival. The bill never arrived even though we asked for it until 20minutes later. Total time in here was 3hrs even though we went to get a quick dinner so we could relax in the hotel. Maybe our great trip is making us see through red-colored glasses. Overall a great place. Atmosphere was no different than Toronto - something I hate about chains even though some like consistency.

Overall a great experience. Very family friendly. Our server brought the kids meals first which helps when you have hungry young ones. Will definitely return and recommend.

This place is horrible & we have enjoyed all other BP locations, so it is just this location. My fork was dirty. My husband's ravioli was frozen, so they re-heated in the microwave - awful. The server was overly chatty, we had more time with her than without, and she told us that the restaurant has awful food all the time. Yes, they gave us the pasta for free, but no we will not be back - wait until it closes and then re-opens with a new franchise owner to see it improves.

Will never return. It was my son's 5th birthday, I called ahead to ensure that they would know this, and to make reservations. The waiter put in the wrong order, and argued that I ordered a hero sandwich for my 2 year old. The salmon was overcooked. The waiter dropped a container of sour cream on my husband and laughed. When we ordered cake, we reminded the waiter that it was my son's 5th birthday, he eventually returned - dropped off the cake and walked away. My son was very disappointed as we have been to Boston Pizza for his birthday before, and on many different occasions, and he knows this place as "the place you go for birthdays". We attempted to speak to the manager about our experience - she did nothing about it, and was actually very rude. We were happy to see Boston Pizza come to Oakville as it's a great Family Place. However, we will never return!!
