My daughter found a hair in her fish sandwich approx 30 cm in length. The order was take out. Burger King was not willing to offer a replacement without “evidence”. I am not sure why they thought we would keep something around that almost made my daughter puke?
I went to burger king by Winston Churchill Meadows and Dundas November 18, 2015, around 9:30pm, and I ordered a whopper sandwich. There was a policy where if they forgot to give your receipt you get a $5 gift card. When I asked an employee if they actually honoured this policy, he said yes, but than the manager came over and started making up rules regarding the policy. The manager rudely refused to honour this policy and also spoke to me in a rude tone which I definitely did not appreciate.
