Medical One

Rude ,ignorant staff...they make you wait for hours and take people that walk in late for appt..ahead of the people that show up on time and wait...they to fire the rude ladies at the front desk

Quite unfair comments about staff. Be going to Medical One for about a decade. Solid service and busy attendance. Wait maybe long but doctors and staff are attending to each and every patient with professionalism and care. No one is Just a number at Med One. Treatment with fairness under in a very speed paced environment.

Don’t even come to this place, very unprofessional, waited for a long time and went to see if I am next, to find out that they did not even check me in. So piss! I am very patient and came here a few time but the reception has never been very friendly. Will not come here again!

Great doctor, horrible admin staff. The Admin and nurses have a high turnover rate and don't seem to care much about the patient needs. It all seems to be about the bottom line for this franchise.

Can the phone be answered, I have been "currently next in line" for the past 38 minutes. This is crazy!
