Unethical staff. Broke every rule when it comes to patient confidentiality. Your staff, Joy, is unprofessional, unethical and a blatant liar. Joy was asked, by a complete stranger, outside on the street what my elderly mothers name and number was and JOY without hesitation went in the office, took my mother's file and proceeded to provide a complete stranger ALL my mother's information. Then when confronted JOY admitted she did it. Then when confronted again by doctors and others she LIED.

Was in the pharmacy on April 6th, 2018 and saw a vitamin D bottle with an expiry date of November 2017. Told the pharmacist about it and gave her the bottle. Yesterday, a week later, I was there again only to see that they have put the same expired bottle for sale, again! The expiry date is in such small print that people with vision problems might not be able to read. I dont think that the pharmacist/owner understood how serious it is to put back for sale a product expired 5+ months ago.
