Shoppers Drug Mart Hopedale Mall

Not at all happy with the cosmetics department. I bought a $39 tube of foundation. When I tried to use it, it was so thick and pasty it would hardly squeeze out of the tube. The instructions said you should use a brush to apply it, so clearly it is meant to be more liquid. When I took it back, I didnt have the receipt. The manager refused to give me a refund or even an exchange. Said thats the way its supposed to be. Will not shop for cosmetics there again.

I would like shoppers drug mart on kerr street to know that they have a wonderful salesperson named Farzana who works in the beauty department. She is a very kind person and very knowledgeable. Myself as a customer I must say she helped me out tremendously and even though I never told her my name she remembered my face and what I had bought before. It is good to know that there are still very good salespeople around and I definitely would recommend Shoppers drug mart to everybody.
