For home appliances, very bad customer service. It was impossible for me to find any repair service that would want to touch my oven that needed repair. I called Siemens Canada several times and they kept sending me to Bosch Canada. Bosch Canada answered that they dont service Siemens appliances. Extremely disappointed with Siemens.
