Metro Orleans Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

Numerous times my wife has brought our 2014 Dodge Caravan to be serviced Once they forgot to put the oil cap back on and gave her hell for tracking oil in the service area when she brought the van back! But mostly its when we have a repair or service scheduled for 8 am and later are told that they haven't even looked at our vehicle! Can't manage time and cannot honour appointments! Buy Elsewhere! We Will! Love the Vehicle but the service Dept is making us go elsewhere!

Horrible service at this location. We are a young couple and wanted to get a brand new Jeep Patriot and had a 2009 g5 sport edition fully loaded to trade in, they wanted to buy it for 500$!!! Clearly just laughing in our faces. We were also paying cash, which they said would save us a whopping 67$. Yes a sixty-seven dollar saving on a 30,000$ car. They did not want us to bring the estimate home. They also didn't have the pamphlet for the 2015 Patriot. Worst experience I've had in a dealership.
