Have dealt with them for 35 years, they are very helpful with problems and their service call charges are not out of line pricewise. Have had two service calls on my security system in 25 years and both times was fixed, but you can't send a truck and two service people for free. The charges were reasonable for what they had to do. Great people to deal with.
I was shopping at this store for a new vacum in june and went up to buy it and was told by the lady that she could not in good conscience sell it to me that day as it was going to be $200 off on the following fri Wow! I was soo amazed honesty is so very hard to find thease days im very pleased w my new vacumn make sure you go and visit they r amazing people

Spent over $1000.00 on a Beam vacuum to replace our older model.Had a problem with the wiring and had to pay the "minimum service charge" of $99.00 for someone from Brock Built In(Oshawa) to come out to my house. He was here for a total of 3 minutes to fix the problem. Very disappointed that after buying the vacuum from them, they would charge me over $100.00 for a 3 minute service call.
It was a great experience shopping at Brock Built-in Specialists in Oshawa. We went in there to compare the Beam Central Vacuum to some other portable vacuums like the Dyson. They have a lot of different vacuums to choose from there and the sales staff is very knowledgeable! We ended up purchasing a Beam Model 375 Special Edition Central Vacuum System and I bought an installation kit so I could do the install my self.
They explained to me how to do the install - our house was already roughed in. It was very easy and my wife LOVES the new vacuum.
I would recommend this place to anyone! We love our Beam Central Vacuum
