    I went to get tile and carpet for my bathroon and bedroon.Selection was fantastic and tile was beautiful,staff were great very helpfull.Will be totally coming back for my next project.Thank you ritson tile and staff.

    Poor service and unwilling to accept any feedback that their service is terrible. Its too bad the girls can't get their faces unglued to their phones to actually make a sale. When you try to offer feedback their response is that I should be the one approaching staff for help. That's not how it works.

    I feel that customer service is the root of all businesses, especially a small family run business. From returning a call to knowing what the hob is before you get there are all important parts of the customer service cycle! Perhaps these folks need some formal training. Personal opinions should be kept "personal" and customer service professional. Poor communication... work to be done was not documented, the contractor was not properly instructed ahead of time as to what needed to be done
