Judgemental, dismissive, dishonest

Service was very poor. I went in there to custom order a couple of tall plants. Kiran the attendant at the time was dismissive and said they would be too expensive for me, like $500(I have bought exotic plants from florists before). I requested she get me a quote. A week later, no response. So I drop in. She said she was too busy, and that the wholesaler would likely not have it and would be a waste of her time. That's customer service for you. Judgemental, dismissive, dishonest.

I ordered the Heart's Companion bouquet to celebrate a friend's business opening. The flowers were so fresh, big and beautiful. It came with a beautiful bamboo vase. Stunning! We couldn't have been happier!

The BEST flower shop in Ottawa!

First off I would like to say it was great doing business with Fine's Flowers in Ottawa. I went for a romantic getaway with my girlfriend of 5 years to Ottawa as a Valentine's day surprise. While there we went sight seeing & shopping. Went to downtown and had a great time walking around seeing all sites when we stumbled across Fine's Flowers and I decided to buy my girl some flowers. She was so impressed at the quality and freshness. Thanks again Fine's Flowers helping make our trip special.
