I used to go to H...

I used to go to Harvey's a couple of times a year and I always enjoyed it. Last night was my first time back in a few years. I spent the night on my toilet and am still bedridden 17 hours after eating a junior cheeseburger, frings and a root beer. Some trip down nostalgia lane.

Awesom food

Waiters and waitresses awesome if you need something they are right there. They sing when it's your birthday. Food is never a long delay, great portions and taste is out of this world.

The meal started out great. The server was...

The meal started out great. The server was friendly and seemed very attentive. We ordered our drinks, and as she was putting one down in front of my sister, my sister was very discusted to find that the server had VERY bad breath. Things went down hill from there. It took forever for her to bring us our food. My niece ordered white meat, but got dark meat. Even after I reminded the waitress of the special order. Then it took her forever to remove our plates, was reaching in front of everyone to grab things. When it came time for dessert, she brought the wrong things for a couple of people. Then, bill time. She never once asked if we wanted separate bills. So, she takes it upon herself to put it on one bill, handing it to my Mother. I quickly told her to put everyone on separate bills. Told her who went on what bill. Half an hour later, the waitress comes back, and confirms everyone's order, and what bill to put what on. Then another 20 minutes later, we finally get our bills. She never once apologized over having taken so long. Won't be going back. I love Swiss Chalet, but I'll gladly travel to another one for the better service!
