as we come in for our reserved table the host tells us that there are no spots available... i'm not sure but doesn't a reservation suposte to save your spot for your party. after 1hour and 30 min of waiting the kids are angry and hungry, the relatives from toronto just arived had not eaten since breakfast the host comes by and offers us a seat in the outside patio. A waitrest came fast wirh our drink orders and just left i don't think we saw her the rest of the night. we got a new waiter who was trying to do everything soo fast that he got our orders messed up. after all that happened we got a sad excuse of a "sorry" from the GM. and she assured us that the food would come soon. we waited another hour and a half for the food as it all came out over cooked. we had the majority of the food sent back, when the second order came by the meat was seared on the outside and raw in the middle. terrible service and food

After a dance recital,our party of 11 dropped in for munchies at 10.15pm. The recital had ended at 9.45pm, close by.
By 11.40pm our food order had still not arrived, we left money on the table for drinks, and left.We were the only group sitting inside!!
This is not the first time I have experienced long waits at your restaurant.
I will not be visiting again.

This Montana's has to be one of the best we have ever eaten in! The staff were wonderful and our server was very attentative (we did'nt have to ask for refills). The manager (Peter?) wanted to know all about us and asked us to make sure we came back. We will!

We arrived before the Friday night crowd and sat on the bar side. Service was slow, it appeared that only the bartender was serving the tables on that side. Food was a bit salty overall, both the steak and the ribs. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Have always enjoyed popping in for a quick drink and some antijitos.
Third time visting this establishment and location ~ all three times there was a hair on my food ! It was surprising yet again how the manager looked at me like it could have possibly come from my head ! Offering to bring a new plate of food just didn't seem to cut it for us ~ neither of us could manage a bite, so we walked out without any interjection from any staff member! WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY LOCATION!
