I love Swiss Chalet. But the Swiss Chalet on Carling Avenue in Ottawa is the worst restaurant. Since its opening, they have not gotten my order correctly once. I've dined in and had delivery - every time, something is wrong. The current manager really doesn't want to bother with customer complaints.
delivery from Carling .Telephone receptionist not very friendly or helpful.Poor presentation, soggy bun sitting on top of chicken .small sauces tucked under ribs and chicken-not very hygienic.Should of used separate bag or .. maybe wanted the dish to look bigger. ribs were so so ordered 1/2lb back ribs. my husband and myself felt immediately bloated and gassy Maybe from MSG Will not go back Not worth $60.00...
