The wait times are completely unacceptable. Up to 3 hours.

Phone system very poor. I called at 2:15 pm and told an 8 minute wait. Opted to not leave my number and wait on hold. EVERY minute, I had to press # to continue on hold or 3 to leave my number for call back. After 15 minutes I left my number. I called again at 2:55. Told the wait time was 30 minutes (!). I l;eft my number. I called back at almost 4 pm, to get the message that the office closed at 3 pm. What gives?

Wait time can be 2 hours and notices indicate this to allow time for tests and drops to take affect. I have been going there for 2 years under the excellent care of Dr.Bhatti.

WARNING: WAITING 3 HOURS PAST YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT is the norm here.This has happened more than once. The receptionists dont care and when you do finally get in to see the nurse/practitioners/technicians/eye doctor, you are rushed through like an assembly line. They arent behind because they take time for each patient -- they are behind because they overbook. If your time is important, avoid at all costs. There are other eye doctors in Ottawa.

The doctors are very good.But the receptionists are rude and unpleasant to talk to when we tried to make an appointment.
