Great Experience! Loreen was very helpful in showing my wife and me the new models available. We ended up spending less than expected as she explained that a medium-sized fireplace was quite sufficient for our needs, and suited the family-room better. Bring on the next ice-storm. We're ready!
Replaced a fan in a Regency FP twice within about 90 days. One fan was replaced under 90 day warranty. Third fan malfunctioned within a year. Original fan last 9 years. Contacted GasPlus Owen Sound, spoke to the owner who said there is nothing they can do as the warranty is 90 days. It was put in my hands (their customer) to fight for this. Went through the customer service nonsense and ultimately to the owner of Regency FP. They refused to work with me at any level. Generally consumer reviews of Regency are very poor. It was very disappointing that GasPlus did not even reach out to me (their customer for years) to work with me. It shows the value of customer service and the value of a customer at GasPlus.
