The naan was burnt like coal..

Ordered a rice combo the rice was hard and like yesterdays. You can never get everything fresh from here if you order 5 things you will get 3 good 2 bad items.

Got a small tray of biryani yesterday and all I got was the white rice with barely any meat,was surprised how that they actually served that to a customer.Dissapointing.

The kebabs I ordered were dry and felt like they sat under a heat lamp for hours. Also ordered butter chicken which arrived cold. Had to reheat the food when I got home. Extremely disappointed with this place. Heard good things from reviews so we decided to try it out. Will go to Food time down the street on my next visit.

Owner is extremely rude. Refused to take special event Muharram order for Shami kababs. Scarborough branch graciously agreed and was upset at their own branch and Owner for refusing to take an order.

Extremely bad customer sevice. Blood in chicken Biryani. Samosa are burnt & taste bad. Very oily everything.

The food we received was rotten it smelt disgusting and we asked them to make sure it was fresh cause it was for a special event.

Horrible service....

Horrible service. We asked for mild food and got extra spicy. They ended up giving us other food but it was even more spicy. The chef was rude and yelling the entire time on the phone and made it clear even in mild orders he must make it spicy. We had to order pizzas just so people could eat.
