Doug Clark Plumbing

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I booked an appointment for 10:00 a.m on November 5th. After an hour I called to verify the appointment. The plumber finally showed up 2 hours late. No explanation. He never gave me his name. After the issue was diagnosed he said he would be back in a day or two to fix the problem. 20 days have passed and I have left 2 messages for Doug to call me. No call back was received. I am now looking for a reliable company.

24 hour service yet ive been trying to get a hold of them for weeks now. Called their call center, called ben and doug, texted ben and doug, and still nothing.. after weeks. How can i rely on this company for 24 hour service when its been weeks since they even replied to anything? Terrible.

Booked an appointment a week in advance and they did not even show up! Called their third party service desk to ask why. They said they would forward the call to Doug and he would get back to me. He never did! I was beside myself. Unreliable and poor poor customer service.

does not keep his word

We had a terrible time with Doug. I gave him instructions but he did not follow them. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that a miscommunication happened. My bill was 4 times higher than quoted and eventually we came to an agreement. I THOUGHT. After that we called MANY MANY times and he did not reply and eventually we gave up. He is not a STAND up guy and does not follow thru on his promises. I am not the first to send a bad review. He manages to get them removed.
