I came here on Friday and boy were they busy! Right when I came in I was greeted and welcomed right away. I came here because this salon was recommended by a friend. Even though they were extremely booked they were able to fit me in. I was so happy with their service they are fast and efficient. They have this colour that is my new favourite called Sugar by bioseaweed! My new go to place for my nail services

The managers at this location (Marisa & Julie) have no respect for their customers, especially the elderly. I came in with my grandmother (who has alzheimers and needs constant company) and instead of helping us, they constantly yelled rudely at us, and when I mentioned that I would write a poor review after this disrespectful behaviour, the managers promptly followed to interrupt my grandmothers pedicure and asking her to leave. Is this how you treat the elderly and your customers? Instead of

I have been going to Fresh Bonsai Nails since they opened in 2011. They have amazing customer service and friendly nail technicians. The salon is always super clean and they have very comfortable chairs for pedicures. I highly recommend anyone to attend this nail salon.

I've been going to Fresh Bonsai Nails for awhile now. Everytime I go I always leave happy, the customer service is beyond great. If you're looking for a place to go to get any service done I would highly recommend going here. I've explored and experienced different nail salons and it does not compare to Fresh Bonsai.
