The young lad that installed the toilet in my ensuite used the wrong size flange and my toilet leaked, and because he calked the bottom of the toilet we did not know the toilet was leaking until the water shorted out my smoke detector. My ceiling in the hall was black and when my son pushed on it the water came down. It cost me $2000.00 for insurance to repair the ceiling and to replace the bathroom floor. Because Bankleys did not provide me with a receipt I had no recourse

Terrible service. Came in to inspect my well system. basically told me "yeah its wrong you should redo it all" and left 15 minutes later. Only received invoice a week later after I asked for it.
