Responded quickly to my call to find where the leak was under the bathtub. Appreciated that he fit me into his busy schedule! I also asked him if he could return to install a new kitchen faucet. Again wait time was minimal. He explains prices and what or how things should be done.

Dwayne helped me out from a bad situation as my sewer in the rental property had backed up into the basement area. He was there in the hour and on the job shortly after to replace the damaged pipes and auger out the blockage down the sewer line. A good three-hour job in total.

Very poor communication skills. I had to call four days in a row 'asking for an update' because they never called me when they said they would. Excuses ranged from 'he is busy', 'the job must be running late' to 'I forgot to tell him'.
