I've been coming to this shop since 2008, if not earlier than that. I've also had my family and friends come to this shop every single year. Whether it for new rims, change of summer or winter tires or tire balancing. The owner is Francis and he and his son in the back know what they are doing. I remember coming here when Brandon (the owners son) was still learning the trade and now he is the wizard in the back doing all the work. Service is great, prices are more than favourable to the client!
Purhcased new tires and rims from them and from the day 1 of the purchase, there is vibratiton.
Have gone back twice to re-balance but the vibration is still present.
Owner says from the beginning that there is nothing wrong with the RIM from his experiences.
I have replaced the tires through Michelin Warranty from the Michelin Dealer which this shop is not even under as Michelin Dealer.

All was well until I noticed the air pressure varied from 45-32 psi in each tire, his son has the same car as me and confirmed the PSI should be 33 prior to installation. I had referred a friend and my sister was scheduled for an appointment, I emailed Francis and told him about the discrepancy and asked him politely to double check my sisters car. I did not need rebalancing or ask for anything but to double check when he installed her tires, rather he yelled at me, and cancelled my sisters appointment. He is extremely rude and thinks he can never make a mistake, I actually feel pity towards him. In summary the owner Francis has absolutely zero respect for his customers.
Just bought a set of winter tires from Tire & Rim Shop. Had a great experience and also a great price. Professional buying and installation experience. If you're looking for free coffee, TV and a great lounge look somewhere else and pay more. I work a lot on my vehicles and am a hands on kind of guy, was very pleased with the installation and balancing of the wheels and tires, correct weight type, lubricant and valve stems. Mark
bought a set of winter tires from this shop in winter 2014. found out the tires were out of balance, and he wouldn't return or exchange, said he had to ask factory to do return or exchange, and asked me to wait for 15-20 days. after i followed up with him few times over the phone, the owner started to be very rude and hanged up on me. This shop is not doing business correctly. DO NOT GO THERE! If you are running into some issues, they will not keep their words!
Not sure who you are & when you called us with your problem.Never ever received a call concerning your issue. If tires are out of balance its not a warranty issue just needs re-balancing. Sounds like a bogus review, probably a competitor.

Francis made a verbal contract to provide rims with center caps and to mount them on my winter tires with balancing. Picked up car and was charged the agreed upon amount; however, Francis did not provide the center caps and said he wouldn’t be providing them anymore. Steering wheel shakes and asked to have the wheels re-balanced – he refused, yelled at me and told me to go elsewhere to have them balanced.
Customer's OEM center cap fit perfectly on replica rims. Aftermarket center caps were provided. Vibration due to Customer's used tires, which were the wrong size. Customer was well aware of the size variation, but insisted on using it.

Scratched my rims
brough my rims in to get new tires mounted, after everything is installed i noticed circular scratches on all 4 rims. Complainted to the owner but he suggested "go to a rim repair shop and we will go from there." ...??
not satisfy with the customer service and service.
Customer purchased 4 new tires, wanted them installed on his loose rims, which had tires removed before bringing them in. Circular scratches were present prior to installation.
